Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you will have 30 days to use the shop credit that is issued.

Freeze Dried Candies are not eligible for returns. They are final sale.

 

Lost of Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, Jenna and Jantzen are no longer responsible. We ensure your items arrive safely to USPS. If your order is lost or stolen in transit, please contact USPS directly to resolve the issue. 

 

Shipping Turn Around Time

We guarantee your package will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
